Dental Consultation at AR 32 Signature Smiles
A consultation is where your dental care starts: we listen to what is bothering you, examine your mouth, take an X-ray where it will tell us something, and explain what we found before anything is done.
What it is
Each AR 32 appointment is a reserved 80-minute slot, so a consultation is not a two-minute look. Dr Avinash Bamane or Dr Rashmi Bamane takes your medical and dental history, examines your teeth, gums and bite, and checks old fillings, crowns and any sore area. If the answer depends on what is inside the tooth or under the gum, a digital RVG X-ray is advised. You leave knowing what the problem is, what happens if it is left, what can be done, and what each option costs.

How it is done
- History: medicines, allergies, past treatment and the problem in your words
- Examination of teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues
- X-ray only where it will change the decision
- The findings explained, with every option priced, including doing nothing yet
- A written plan you can take home and think about
Time: One visit. Allow the full slot; arrive 15 minutes early.
Afterwards
- Nothing to avoid unless treatment was started the same day
- Your plan and quotes appear in your patient portal
- Ask questions any time before you agree to anything
What to know before you decide
A consultation finds what can be seen clinically and on X-ray. Some problems, such as hairline cracks or early nerve inflammation, only show themselves over time, and your dentist will say so when a finding is uncertain.
Fee and booking
Our current published fee is ₹500 per booked consultation, adjusted against your treatment. The final cost is confirmed after examination, and you receive a written plan with every option priced before anything is started. A booked consultation is Rs 500, adjusted against your treatment; an MDS specialist consultation is ₹1,500, by prior appointment at our Kharadi clinic, which is open 8 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week. Book online or call 8484 990 678.
Common questions
Is the ₹500 consultation fee adjusted?
Yes. A booked consultation is ₹500, and the booking fee is adjusted against your treatment.
Will I get treatment on the same day?
Sometimes, if it is simple and you agree. Often the first visit ends with a plan, so you can decide calmly.
Can I see a specialist directly?
You can book an MDS specialist consultation (₹1,500, by prior appointment at Kharadi). Usually Dr Avinash or Dr Rashmi sees you first and brings in the right specialist.
