A patient record is only worth what you can trust in it. I treat patients alongside Dr Avinash, and I own everything that happens to the data once the appointment ends — across all 5 clinics, and for every practice that joins us.
I am a dentist first. I see patients at our clinics on the same terms as everyone else here — 7 a day, 80 minutes each, no exceptions for being one of the founders. The rest of my week goes to the part of AR 32 nobody sees: making sure the record a dentist opens on Thursday says exactly what happened on Tuesday.
Restorative and cosmetic work, and a great deal of the counselling — the part of an appointment where somebody finally says what they were actually worried about.
Eighty minutes is what makes that possible. A frightened patient does not become forthcoming because you are running on time.
Five clinics writing into one record is easy to say and hard to do. Somebody has to decide what a field means, catch the entry that contradicts last month's, and make sure a patient who was seen in Wagholi is the same person when they walk into Kharadi.
That is my work, and it is the reason the records are worth reading.
A practice joining All Right 32 arrives with years of history in spreadsheets, paper and whatever software they gave up on. Onboarding is the unglamorous business of getting all of it in without losing a single patient's past.

Clinical software fails quietly. Not with an error message — with a duplicate patient, a treatment logged against the wrong tooth, a payment that reconciles to nothing. By the time anyone notices, the record has been wrong for months and no one can say when it started.
Everything AR 32 offers another dentist rests on the claim that this does not happen to us. Holding that line across 5 clinics, every day, is not a feature anybody can write. It is a person deciding to care about it, repeatedly, for years.
Software can be rewritten in a weekend. A patient's history, once it is wrong, is wrong forever.
