firstly we get 10 to 12 enquiries in a day, out of which almost all say they wish to come and visit doctor, but finally only 5 patients reach clinic,

so it is difficult for us to manage our workflow in efficient way, by taking pre-paid appointment one will be serious regarding booking done & will follow given schedule on time and doctor will be available for them in given time,

so it's win-win for both.

If you follow time we can start work on time and if we finish on time we can start next appointment on time and so on for next patient.

4 hours prior to your scheduled request (depends on availability of slots)

Consider your appointment is cancelled but you may request to re-book your appointment at later date/ time by again following appointment booking service.

Note - No refund will be processed.

You have to proactively take decision and inform clinic regarding your cancellation or no show or rescheduling.

Note - no cancellation allowed after timing of less than 4 hours of planned schedule.
