Regarding confirmation of your appointment at
AR 32 Signature Smiles Dental Clinic.

This is our 16 th year in dental practice.

We are having 4 branches.

We wish to see 28 appointments / day - in all 4 clinics together.

So confirmation of appointment date, time, doctor and location / Branch is mandatory to serve you in best possible way and reduce wait time or cancellations.

It's a sincere request to our beloved patients.

We are trying our best to serve you better.

We believe in Quality over quantity.

We can cater Only 7 appointments per day / per doctor

Consultation time may be more than 80 mins.

so you should also plan your schedule accordingly.

Want to Book an appointment with doctor ?

  • All Branches Open from 9 AM to 9 PM ( All days Open ) & Kharadi branch 3 is open till 11 PM.

  • Mostly doctor is available for Consultation only on Pre-booking from

    Morning 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and Evening 4 PM to 6:30 PM Wagholi Branch 2

    Morning 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM at Kharadi Branch 3

  • firstly we get 10 to 12 enquiries in a day, out of which almost all say they wish to come and visit doctor, but finally only 5 patients reach clinic,

    so it is difficult for us to manage our workflow in efficient way, by taking pre-paid appointment one will be serious regarding booking done & will follow given schedule on time and doctor will be available for them in given time,

    so it's win-win for both.

  • If you follow time we can start work on time and if we finish on time we can start next appointment on time and so on for next patient.

  • 4 hours prior to your scheduled request (depends on availability of slots)

  • Consider your appointment is cancelled but you may request to re-book your appointment at later date/ time by again following appointment booking service.

    Note - No refund will be processed.

  • Before 4 hours, Yes, you can.

    But you should inform clinic regarding cancellation and submit your UPI or your Gpay number on Whatsapp no. 8806631888

    add subject - appointment cancelled by patient name- appointment timing -

    Note - no cancellation allowed after timing of less than 4 hours of planned schedule.

  • Before 4 hours, Yes, you can.

    but remember you have to inform about change in schedule 4 hours prior. in case you change your mind and do wish to rescheule in last 2 hours before schedule you can pay additional Rs 200 to reschedule appointment as a penaulty and book later slot.

    Kindly note - in last 2 hours before schedule - No rescheduling allowed, so no refunds.

Note - Booking will be confirmed only after reciept of Payment.
