REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Introduction
“AR 32 SIGNATURE SMILES” is committed to your satisfaction. If patient has made payment online towards appointment consultation fee on AR 32 Signature Smiles Official Website (i.e., https://www.ar32.in ), If any of our doctors has cancelled appointment permanently for any reason, then you may be eligible for a partial refund on Dental Consultation Fee (i.e., Only on Consultation Fee) if requested within 7 days of the consultation appointment date.
Refund policy is applicable only on online dental consultation fee and for payment made through online mode on our official website: https://www.ar32.in on only dental consultation fee.
Refund Policy is not applicable for offline mode payments at any of our clinics for both Consultation Fee, Treatment Procedure Fee and is also not applicable/not eligible on treatment procedures fee. There is no refund offered on treatment procedure payments.
Refunds Terms:
To be eligible for refund, the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting ar32signaturesmile@gmail.com
Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original payment date on dental consultation fee.
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellations. We do not accept Cancellation of dental consultation fee once online payment is made.
