Advance Booking & Cancellations

Your time is priority. We must secure an MDS specialist and prepare a sterile environment exclusively for you.
All advances are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE if you miss the appointment for any reason.
Mandatory reporting time is 15 minutes before your slot.
If late by 20 mins or more, your appointment is automatically cancelled. No refund will be processed.

Strict Single Pay Advance Discounts

Category 1: Rs. 10,001 up to 20,000 5% OFF Category 2: Rs. 20,001 up to 40,000 10% OFF Category 3: Rs. 40,001 up to 60,000 15% OFF Category 4: Rs. 60,000 and above 20% OFF

Note: EMI Options are only available for treatments above Rs. 60,000.

PDC (Post Dated Cheque) Rules

A 40% mandatory advance payment is required before your first appointment begins.
Subsequent PDCs will be deposited exactly 30 days apart.
Cheque Bounce Penalty: A strict charge of Rs. 3,000 will be added to your ledger for any bounced cheque.

Discount Exception Rules

The maximum applicable discount for Specialty Treatments is strictly capped at 10%, regardless of the payment plan chosen. Specialty treatments include:
